KinderGarten Company Ltd. was founded as a sole agency franchise network KINDERGARTEN SYSTEM, LTD in Slovakia in September 2013 through a Czech provider KinderGarten Inc.

The Czech provider, operating in the Czech Republic since 2004, covers currently a network of 30 kindergartens of different types: classic kindergarten with English language learning, bilingual kindergartens and company kindergartens across the country.
